Mike Khutorsky is a Director at ORIX Capital Partners (“OCP”). Mr. Khutorsky is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing and managing investments across industries.
Mr. Khutorsky has more than 15 years of private equity investing experience and previously served as a Principal at TZP Group, a middle market private equity firm with approximately $2.0 billion of capital. At TZP Group, Mr. Khutorsky was responsible for sourcing, structuring, executing and monitoring investments in the industrial services and business services sectors.
Prior to joining TZP Group, Mr. Khutorsky was a Principal at Tower Three Partners, an operationally focused private equity firm at which he sourced, evaluated and executed buyout transactions across a variety of industries including business and industrial services, manufacturing and healthcare. He also co-founded Turnspire Capital Partners, where he sourced and led special situation investments in industrial companies. Mr. Khutorsky began his private equity career at Trilantic Capital Partners, where he focused on leveraged buyouts and significant minority investments in the business services and consumer sectors.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Khutorsky was a restructuring and turnaround advisor at Alvarez & Marsal, and part of the M&A group of Soundview Technology Group, a technology-focused investment bank.
Mr. Khutorsky received an M.B.A from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, an M.A. in International Studies from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Business from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
