Headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, RoadSafe is the leading nationwide provider of roadway safety services supporting maintenance of critical infrastructure across civil, utility, and railroad end-markets. The company provides traffic control, pavement marking, and specialty distribution services to a variety of customers, including Departments of Transportation (DoTs), contractors, utilities, and railroads, as well as federal, state and municipal governments.

OCP acquired RoadSafe in 2016 and exited the business in 2021.
